At Youth Glow, people are at the heart of everything we do. We work hand in hand with rural communities, especially youth and women, to protect Liberia’s forests, farmlands, and water resources while building climate resilience, improving health outcomes, and strengthening livelihoods. By combining local knowledge with innovative solutions, we equip communities to take the lead in shaping their own future.

We believe lasting change happens when local solutions are expanded and strengthened. That is why we form long term partnerships with trusted organizations, community-based groups, and local leaders who already have deep relationships and credibility within the areas we serve. These partnerships allow us to scale impact across counties, connecting dozens of communities and amplifying proven models that work.

Together with our partners, we are restoring degraded lands, creating sustainable income through eco-friendly enterprises, and promoting healthier living through education and outreach. Our combined efforts are not only transforming economies and ecosystems but also empowering communities to stand resilient against climate shocks, environmental degradation, and health challenges for generations to come.
