What we do

Restoring Land, Health, and Livelihoods by Putting Communities First
We focus on removing the systemic barriers that prevent rural communities in Liberia from leading climate action, advancing health equity, and building sustainable livelihoods.
Our model unlocks the resources, skills, voice, and evidence communities need to lead by:
Funding: Supporting community based organizations (CBOs) and peer-led groups to catalyze, expand, and sustain community developments.
Training and Learning: Equipping peer educators and local leaders with the knowledge, tools, and skills for climate-smart farming, health promotion, and small business growth.
Advocacy: Amplifying community voices to influence policies and shift decision-making power to those most affected by environmental degradation, poor health systems, and economic exclusion.
Community-owned Data: Empowering peer educators to gather and use local evidence to inform actions, track change, and strengthen accountability.
Four pillars empower communities and peer leaders to deliver lasting change across Liberia and beyond.
Funding
We provide resources to community based organizations (CBOs) and peer-led groups, enabling them to launch, expand, and sustain community-driven solutions.
Training & Learning
We equip peer educators and community leaders with the skills, knowledge, and tools to tackle climate, health, and livelihood challenges.
Data
We empower communities to collect, own, and use local data to guide decisions, measure progress, and ensure accountability.
Advocacy
We amplify community voices to influence policies and shift power toward those most affected by environmental health, and health challenges.
This model guides our Community Pathway, catalyzing action, expanding peer led and community driven initiatives, and sustaining locally managed solutions to protect livelihoods, improve health, and strengthen climate resilience.
