Where we work

Youth Glow is currently active in Nimba, Bong, Margibi, and Grand Bassa Counties, reaching communities with programs that strengthen education, promote economic empowerment, advance climate action, and improve health outcomes. These counties serve as the foundation of our impact and learning.

Our work is rooted in listening to communities, building partnerships, and empowering youth and women to take leadership in shaping solutions. By starting in these four counties, we have been able to pilot approaches that are practical, inclusive, and scalable.

Looking ahead, Youth Glow will expand its programs into five additional counties over the next five years. This growth will allow us to reach more families, build stronger community networks, and move closer to our vision of a brighter, more sustainable future for Liberia.
