Nelwin P.S. Dugbei, BSc, MBA, and MSc candidate, is a Liberian educator and policy advisor, lecturing at AME & AME Zion Universities and consulting for the Vice President on education, environment, and renewable energy.

Secretary

Kpoanluwon A. Zourpeawon, ASC, BBA,MBA, is a Liberian development professional with 8+ years’ experience empowering youth and women through education, economic opportunities, and community programs.

Mr. Francis Yankuba

Member

Francis Yankuba, B.Ed, is a Liberian development professional empowering youth and women through education and community leadership, with over 10years of experience mentoring, designing programs, and driving positive change at the grassroots level.

Abigal B.L. Freeman

Chair

Abigail B.L. Freeman, a Liberian Human Rights Activist with 7+ years’ experience, is a Criminal Justice graduate student and founder of the Alliance for Peace, Justice and Human Rights, leading campaigns against SGBV and injustice.
